Hello, lovebirds! I'm Steph (she/her) an Authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant and MC based in Naarm/Melbourne. I became a wedding celebrant because it was the perfect mix of everything I love: hosting events, cultivating vibes, and of course… love! (duh)

I'm also an event host, comedian, improv performer/teacher, and professional voice actor (yes, you've probably heard me on the radio). After 14 years experience hosting events and cultivating ✨ immaculate vibes ✨ I decided to become a Wedding Celebrant, to put all my skills to the best possible use, and help make your wedding day the best day of your lives! You can probably tell by looking at me, I am not your traditional celebrant. I’m covered in tattoos your nan would hate, and my hair hasn’t been a natural colour since 2007. I’m here for the alternative babes, queer cuties, or just couples who are wanting something a little less traditional (and a little more badass).

As a 2026 bride myself (shoutout to my incredible wife-to-be Cristina - love you!), I genuinely know what it feels like to be on your side of the planning chaos, and I want to make your experience as smooth and joyful as possible. I'm a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and a fierce ally for people of all sexualities and gender expressions. I am to create a day that honours exactly who you are, individually and together.

My background in improv comedy means I am quick to think on my feet, and can hold a room when things don’t quite go to plan (spoiler - they usually don’t!). As a professional voice actor and performer, I know how to deliver your ceremony with clarity and stage presence. I’m a storyteller, and your story deserves to be told in the way YOU want (I’ll make ‘em laugh and cry in all the right places). 

I spent many years working in disability support, and aim to make both your wedding planning and the big day as accomodating as possible. There are a lot of things that we think we have to do at a wedding that are not always ND or disability friendly. But most of a wedding is just tradition, and there’s a lot you don’t actually have to do (most of it, actually!). I’m happy to work with couples to find other ways of doing things. I’m also neurodivergent myself (my ADHD means I will HYPER-FIXATE on your wedding).

Services I offer include civil ceremonies, elopements, same-sex weddings, LGBTQIA+ weddings, vow renewals, and Wedding MC services. Packages start at $600.

I'm based in Melbourne and marry couples across Naarm and surrounds, including the CBD, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Northcote, St Kilda, South Yarra, Richmond, the Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Dandenong Ranges, and everywhere in between. Not sure if I travel to you? Just ask!
